2. Booking & Reservations
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Identification:
All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
Room Allocation:
Room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation 15-30 days prior: 50% retention
Cancellation 7-15 days prior: 75% retention
Cancellation within 7 days: 100% retention
Peak season bookings are non-refundable
No-show will be charged 100% of booking amount
4. Payment Terms
Advance payment may be required to confirm booking
Remaining balance payable at check-in
Additional services (food, laundry, etc.) are chargeable and payable at checkout
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests
Any damage to property will be charged
Misconduct may result in eviction without refund
6. Resort Policies
Only registered guests are allowed in rooms
Pets allowed only if pre-approved
Smoking permitted only in designated areas
Pool and resort facilities must be used responsibly
7. Liability Disclaimer
Sea Queen Beach Resort is not responsible for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Injuries due to guest negligence
Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
